How to apply
- Apply online at Reserve.Wyoming.gov using the Lifetime Veteran Application, or complete the paper application.
- Include proof of Wyoming residency and your VA disability rating letter showing 50% or more.
- Submit by mail, email (wyoparks@wyo.gov), or in person to Wyo Parks, Attn: Vet Pass, 2301 Central Ave., Barrett Building, 4th Floor, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
Deadline: No deadline. You can apply any time; the pass is good for life once issued. (Rolling, apply any time)
