Washington State Veterans Homes

WDVA runs four state veterans homes that provide 24-hour nursing care. All four are Medicare and Medicaid certified and offer medical care, pharmacy, physical and occupational therapy, recreational activities, social services, and hospice care.

Who it is for

Veterans who served at any time in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces including the National Guard, received an honorable discharge or are eligible for VA benefits or were separated with less than honorable characterizations of service due solely to sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, and live in Washington State. A resident's spouse, the widow of an eligible veteran, or a Gold Star Parent may also be eligible for admission.
