Washington Property Tax Exemption for Veterans with Disabilities
Reduces the property taxes on a disabled veteran's primary home. The size of the reduction depends on your income, your home's value, and local tax rates.
Who it is for
Veterans with a service-connected disability rated at least 80 percent, or paid by the VA at the 100 percent rate, who own and live in their primary home in Washington and whose income is under their county's limit. Seniors and people retired due to disability can also qualify under the same program.
