Veterans' Trust Fund Grant Program (VTF)
Annual competitive grants to organizations and county programs that serve Pennsylvania veterans and their families. Nonprofits and veterans service organizations can request up to $40,000, and counties up to $15,000 per county.
Who it is for
Veterans service organizations with 501(c)(19) status, nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status whose mission serves Pennsylvania veterans, and County Directors of Veterans Affairs applying alone or jointly. This is a grant for organizations, not for individual veterans.

How to apply
- Confirm your organization is a 501(c)(19) veterans service organization, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Pennsylvania veterans, or a county veterans affairs program.
- Watch the DMVA Veterans' Trust Fund page for the annual request for applications.
- Apply online through the state eGrants system before the deadline. Paper applications are not accepted.
