A state pension of $150 per month for Pennsylvania veterans who lost their vision because of military service.
Who it is for
Veterans who lived in Pennsylvania when they joined the military, were discharged honorably or under honorable conditions, and have severe service-connected vision loss (corrected vision of 3/60 or 10/200 or worse in the better eye, or a visual field narrowed to 20 degrees or less).

- Gather your DD Form 214, proof that Pennsylvania was your home when you entered the military, and your VA decision letter.

- The county office helps you complete and submit the pension application for free.
