Oklahoma veterans certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for per diem payment who served at least 90 days with one or more days on active duty, and who need intermediate or skilled nursing care because of age, disease, or other disability. A discharge for a service-connected disability may qualify with a shorter service period.
