- Get proof of your 100% service-connected disability rating certified by the VA.
- Fill out Oklahoma Tax Commission Form 998, Application for 100% Disabled Veterans Real Property Tax Exemption.
- Turn in the completed form and your VA documentation to your county assessor's office. You must own and live in the home to claim the exemption, and you must refile it each year.
