Before you start

How you apply: Apply directly to the program.

How to apply

  1. Call the NH Division of Veterans Services at 603-624-9230 (or the statewide number 1-800-622-9230) to ask about the bonus program and request the application.
  2. Provide your DD-214 or equivalent showing honorable discharge and the qualifying campaign medal.
  3. Submit the completed application to the Division of Veterans Services for certification and payment.

Deadline: The official filing windows for these bonuses closed years ago (Persian Gulf War bonus on August 31, 2002, and GWOT bonus on June 11, 2009), but state law lets the program director accept late applications at their discretion, so it is worth calling to ask rather than assuming the door is closed. (Deadline not confirmed)

Amount: $100 one-time payment
