ND Dependent Tuition Waiver (Dependent Tuition Waiver)
Waives tuition and fees for a bachelor's degree or certificate program at North Dakota state colleges and universities for the child, stepchild, spouse, or surviving spouse of a veteran who was killed in action, is 100% service-connected disabled, was a POW, or is missing in action. The waiver lasts as long as the dependent stays eligible; it does not cover flight training costs.
