You apply through your County Veterans Service Officer (CVSO), who helps prepare and submit the request.
How to apply
- Find your County Veterans Service Officer using the state's service locator map.
- Meet with your CVSO to explain your need and gather supporting documents.
- Your CVSO submits the request; the Iowa Veterans Commission approves fund expenditures.
