Florida Veterans Foundation Dental Grant Program (FVF Dental Grants)

Grants to Florida nonprofits that provide dental care to veterans in need, funded by $1 million from the Florida Legislature. Grant funds pay for exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, and specialized dental procedures for low-income Florida veterans.

Who it is for

Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits with a track record of serving veterans. The dental care itself goes to Florida resident veterans with a DD-214, NGB 22, or Certificate of Discharge who are at or below 300 percent of the federal poverty level and less than 100 percent service-connected disabled.

How to apply

  1. Fill out the application interest form on the Foundation's dental program page with your organization's name, EIN, and contact information.
  2. The Foundation sends an application packet to the contact you list.
  3. Complete and return the application packet. Questions go to fvf@fdva.fl.gov.

Deadline: Grants are labeled by state fiscal year. The FY26-27 program was open and accepting new applications as of July 2026. (Annual cycle)
