Funding State Delaware Office of Veterans Services (Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs)

Delaware Veterans Trust Fund (Veterans Trust Fund)

Pays a veteran's vendor or service provider directly for an emergency financial hardship, such as rent, utilities, a car payment, childcare, or a medical bill. The fund runs on donations, so approval and amount depend on how much money is available when you apply.

Who it is for

Delaware veterans and their families who live in Delaware, have an honorable discharge or a general discharge under honorable conditions, and are facing a documented emergency financial hardship.
