Disabled Veterans School Tax Credit
Wipes out 100% of the school district portion of your property tax bill on your primary home if you are a 100% disabled veteran. It does not cover other parts of your property tax bill, only the school tax portion.
Who it is for
Veterans rated 100% disabled by the VA (including individual unemployability), who have lived in Delaware for the past three years and own and live in the home as their primary residence. You cannot also claim the Senior School Property Tax Credit.
