Two state-run skilled nursing homes for veterans that provide around-the-clock nursing care, therapy, hospice, and social work. Care is provided at the homes in Fayetteville and North Little Rock.
Who it is for
Veterans with an honorable discharge who have a medical need for nursing home placement. A veteran's spouse or a Gold Star parent with a medical need may also qualify.
